FAQs
Do I need prior experience with meditation, sound healing, or spiritual practices?
Not at all. First-timers, curious seekers, and experienced practitioners are all welcome. Your body and energy will meet the experience exactly where you are.
What might I feel during the session?
Everyone responds differently. You may feel calm, emotional, expanded, warm, tingly, dreamy, or still. Some notice nothing at all in the moment and feel shifts later. All responses are perfect.
What should I wear?
Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax, breathe, and soften. No special clothing needed.
Is there physical touch?
No — there is no required or assumed physical touch. Your personal space and energetic comfort are honored at all times.
What if I become emotional or activated?
Tears, warmth, tingles, laughter, numbness, memories, or stillness can arise. All are safe responses. You are free to step out, breathe, move, or return at any time.
Can Light Language awaken something inside me?
It can surface remembrance, clarity, intuition, or release — but there is no expectation or pressure. You receive what your system is ready for, no more and no less.
Do I need to '‘believe'“ in anything for this thing to work?
No. There is nothing to join, study, or subscribe to. This is simply an opportunity to relax, receive, and notice what gently unfolds.
Will I understand what is being spoken or toned?
Light Language is not meant to be translated word-for-word. It is generally felt and not understood by the logical mind.
What should I bring?
Bring a yoga mat and whatever helps your body feel supported — water, comfy layers, socks, a blanket, or pillow.
Will I be sitting down, lying down or moving?
We will begin seated and most people will move into a resting or reclined position. Any posture that supports your comfort is welcome.
Can I simply listen and receive?
Yes. Each experience is your choice and welcome.
Is there anything I should do afterward?
Drink water, move slowly, and notice how your body and emotions speak over the next day or two. Journaling or quiet reflection can be helpful, but it’s not required.
What is Light Language?
Light Language is a form of expression beyond words, using sound, tone, rhythm, and presence rather than a spoken human language.
It communicates through resonance, not intellect—your body and nervous system receive it before the mind tries to interpret it.
It often sounds like chanting, singing, or unfamiliar syllables, but it isn’t meant to be translated word-for-word.
Light Language works on an energetic and emotional level, helping release tension, restore balance, or create a sense of calm and coherence.
For some people, it emerges naturally through the voice or body, similar to humming, toning, or intuitive movement.
Light Language is guided by presence and attunement, not performance or effort.
